At Gilson College, we believe that education is a journey shared between the school and the home. The Parent Engagement Program (PEP) is our formal invitation for families to collaborate with us on key initiatives that enrich our campus life.
This is more than just volunteering, it is an opportunity to build a positive, lasting relationship with the college and play an active role in the environment where your children learn, grow, and succeed.
We are currently looking for passionate family members to join us in the following areas. Whether you have an hour a week or an hour a month, your contribution makes a difference.

| Gardening Group | To bring together parents to assist create and maintain green spaces within the school that enhance the school environment and promote student wellbeing. |

| Traffic Management | To support safe, calm and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians during school drop off and pick up times. |
| The initiative promotes shared responsibility within our school community. | |

| Library Support | Help with shelving, book covering, or assisting students in finding their next favorite read. |
| Sports & Athletics | Support our physical education team during carnivals, coaching, or managing weekend games. |
| Art Room | Assist with setting up displays, prepping materials, or supporting creative workshops. |
