Pastoral Care

At Gilson College, we work together to ensure our students feel happy and secure in all aspects of school life.

The aim of our dedicated Pastoral Care team is to ensure that every aspect of student life is supported through our comprehensive program. We also work to equip students with the skills and resilience they need to thrive beyond school.

We encourage open communication between parents and staff and invite parents to contact their child’s teacher with any concerns, and they can help escalate the issue if needed.

Our staff regularly review and discuss pastoral care practices, valuing the input of parents and students to ensure our procedures remain relevant and effective.
