The support structure of Gilson College ensures every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Our Student Wellbeing support structure helps every young person at Gilson reach their full potential. Through our ‘Keeping Safe’ framework, we firmly maintain our responsibility to care for the young people in our care.
We foster a culture of respectful, responsible and resilient behaviour in our supportive Christian environment.
We work together to ensure our students feel happy and secure in all aspects of school life.
We encourage all students and families to actively engage in our college community and to feel a strong sense of belonging. Our hope is that every person at Gilson would get to know and emulate Jesus Christ, our good and perfect teacher.
We prioritise student leadership by empowering students from Years 3 - 12 to lead and represent their peers. Our goal is to cultivate essential leadership skills and provide opportunities for students to serve others as they make meaningful contributions to our school community, and beyond.
